2. User Accounts

- Keep your login credentials secure
- You're responsible for all activity on your account

3. Fleet Owners & Transporters
- Must have valid vehicle registration and permits
- Maintain insurance and all required documentation
- Accurately represent vehicle capacity and condition
- Follow all safety regulations and best practices
- Complete KYC verification within 7 days of registration
4. Load Booking & Transactions
- All load bookings are binding agreements
- Fees and commissions clearly disclosed before booking
- Cancellation policies apply as stated
- Payments processed through secure gateways
- Disputes resolved through our mediation process
5. Payments & Fees
- Transparent pricing with no hidden charges
- Commission rates displayed before booking
- Payment settlement within 7 business days
- Security deposit may be required for new users
- All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR)
6. Safety & Compliance
- All vehicles must pass safety inspections
- Drivers must have valid driving licenses
- Follow all Indian transport and road safety laws
- Report accidents or incidents immediately
- Maintain proper load securement and safety equipment
7. Intellectual Property
- HOP's platform, logo, and content are our property
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content
- User data and content remain your property
- We may use anonymized data for platform improvement
8. Limitation of Liability
- HOP acts as a marketplace connecting parties
- We're not liable for third-party actions or damages
- Our liability is limited to the fees you've paid
- We're not responsible for force majeure events
- Transporters are responsible for their services
9. Termination & Suspension
- We may suspend accounts for policy violations
- Users may delete their accounts at any time
- Outstanding payments due upon termination
- We reserve the right to refuse service
- Data may be retained as required by law
10. Dispute Resolution
- Most disputes resolved through our mediation process
- Arbitration in accordance with Indian law
